Right away, Windsor of Savoy felt more personal and relaxed than some of the larger facilities we visited. My uncle appreciated how the employees took time to explain services in a clear and friendly way. The residents we saw appeared comfortable and involved in daily routines around the community. Dining and lounge areas also looked pleasant and well-maintained. It seemed like a supportive place for seniors needing extra assistance.
