All participants of the December 2016 Facebook contest must complete the following in order to qualify:

• On Facebook, like one contest post on the timeline of any Germer Insurance Page.

• Submit a message through the form on the Germer Insurance Contact Us page with the title, "Cha-Ching!"

• Form submission must include participant's first and last name (as seen on Facebook) and email address for verification purposes and to communicate winnings.

• Participant must be 18 years or older and a US resident.

• Only one submission per person allowed.

• Contest winner will receive their prize on or before January 31, 2017.
